I’ve no problem with my fitness regimen even if I’m constantly on the road because of Bodylastics. These portable fitness equipments let me exercise just about anywhere and anytime that I want.

Being on the field work, I am always on the run. I go wherever work will need me. So it means that hitting the gym for a regular gym class is not a very good option for me. I don’t get to stay in a place for so long to set a regular workout schedule at the gym.

That is hwy wherever I go; I make sure that I have packed in my back pack with me my Bodylastics resistance bands. It’s the only thing that keeps my body apt for the physical challenges of my work.
